- Develop and implement ICT infrastructure strategy of the company in alignment with business goals. - Design, deploy, maintain, and improve the IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers. - Ensure high availability and reliability of ICT services. - Lead and manage the ICT infrastructure team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. - Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPNs. - Ensure the security of IT systems through firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures. - Respond to security incidents and implement preventive measures. - Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers. - Lead ICT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans. - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technological needs. - Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
