• The Executive, Training will work in the SMC training pool and will be responsible for capacity development of SMC's private sector network providers through skill-based training on modern methods of family planning including implant and Intra-uterine contraceptive device, maternal & child health, nutrition, tuberculosis and non-communicable diseases.
• S/he will assist the supervisor in designing and developing training curricula on various health and family planning-related topics.
• S/he will ensure adherence to the latest clinical guidelines and standards across all technical areas.
• S/he will assess further training needs and provide on-site coaching as required.
• S/he will maintain effective coordination with public, private, and NGO sectors.
• S/he will be required to travel extensively (at least 75% of the time) to organize training events outside the base station.
• MBBS preferably with advanced degree in reproductive health or public health.
