1. Identify the actual and potential legal risks through assessment of present status and risk analysis and mitigate those accordingly. 2. Handle and monitor various cases on Land, Labor, Trade Mark, counterfeit etc and attend the court hearing on behalf of the Company. 3. Prepare and vet various Land documents, Agreement (tenancy, vehicle, service, etc.), Indemnity Bond, Legal Notice, Power of Attorney, MoU, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, Lease agreement, etc. 4. Assist Sales team to identify fake products and take legal actions on issues of production, distribution and selling of fake products. 5. Scrutinize the legal documents and ensure that everything is in accordance with the approved policy of the company and as per the law of the country. 6. Provide legal advices on disciplinary issues linked with dismissal, discharge, termination of employment and inquiry process. 7. Keep close contact with labor office, law enforcement authorities, and other relevant government agencies. 8. Advice and assist in managing and dealing with industrial disputes, lay-off, lock out, stoppage of work, closer of establishment, strike, CBA related issues etc. 9. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
LLB from reputed university, LLM will be preferred
