• Job Responsibility:

  - Ensure proper functioning of all production machineries and utility services. - Perform troubleshooting of PLC, VFD, automation and control system of high-speed production line. - Develop and test instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes. - Troubleshoot, install, and calibrate instrumentation devices such as controllers, transmitters, and sensors. - Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA systems, and various communication systems. - Read and understand PLC program, Drawing & machine manual. - Ensure optimum use of Spare parts and prepare consumption report. - Identify the fast moving and critical spare parts for all machineries, ensure adequate stock levels, and update inventory reports accordingly. - Prepare and update all engineering SOPs in accordance Food Safety and ISO guideline. - Perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.

• Educational Qualification :

  Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
