The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Social Marketing Company (SMC) was held on January23, 2023at 10:30 am at the Company Head Office in Dhaka. The AGM received, adopted and ratified the Directors' Report and the Auditor's Report for the Financial Year 2021-22 and appointed auditors for the Financial Year 2022-23. Mr. Waliul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SMC, presided over the meeting. Company Members, Managing Director & CEO of SMC along with senior officials of the company were present in the meeting. The Company Members in its 34th AGM record its deep condolence at the sad demise of Mr. Ruby Ghuznavi, Company Member and former Director of SMC. The Company Members also expressed their profound grief to the family members of the deceased and prayed for the salvation of the departed soul. May Allah (SWT) rest her soul in peace and give her family the forbearance and strength to bear this irreparable loss."
