FullCare Campaign

 

SMC Program Division initiated a special campaign to promote the features and benefits of MMS and the brand awareness of ‘FullCare' among the traders during January 22-23, 2023 across the country. SMC introduced ‘FullCare', a unique preparation of Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) for pregnant women in 2021 for the first time in Bangladesh. FullCare contains 15 micronutrients including Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) at dosages that approximate the recommended dietary allowances for pregnancy which results reduced Low Birth Weight and Small for Gestational Age.‘FullCare' is highly appreciated and endorsed by the leaders of ‘Obstetricians and Gynaecologist Society of Bangladesh (OGSB)' for its effectiveness and efficacy.This two-day long campaign was executed by both the field forces of SMC Program Division and SMC EL. The field employees visited the traders in person to brief the benefits of MMS (FullCare) and ensured smooth product distribution too. A total of 406,896 blisters were sold during the campaign through 7,048 outlets (star network and pharma). Two Sales Managers and six Sales Officers and six Program Officers were awarded as the top performers of the campaign.

Amongst thehigh officials, Mr. CN Mandal, GM-Sales, SMC EL, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman, Additional GM-Program Operations; Mr. Md. Shafiqul Islam, Head of East-West Region, SMC EL; Mr. Quazi Mohammad Jafrullah, Head of North-South Region, SMC EL; Mr. A.S.M. Shaihidul Alam, Team Leader, MMS Project and Mr. Md. Rezaul Hoque, Senior Manager, Field Operations, SMC joined the field forces to observe the campaign and encourage the field employees and traders.
