• Job Responsibility:

  - Maintain all communication with the suppliers, banks, customs authority, C&F agents, insurance companies, port and shipping agencies, CCI&E, BIDA and regulatory bodies - Input all shipping data to the SAP ERP systems to generate effective reports - Collect additional port and shipping charges data, validate and send to the superior - Analyze freight forwarder performance and send a report on a monthly basis - Update shipment schedule and send a report to DPIM & all concerned stakeholders - Ensure all commercial activities such as Proforma Invoice collection, LC Opening, LC amendment, import through LC, TT opening, bill of entry submission to bank etc. - Check import shipping documents checking such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Country of Origin Certificate, Bill of lading/ AWB, COA, TDS, MSDS etc. - Ensure payment settlement of import on the due date and docs retirement from banks - Liaison with multiple C&F Agents and keep track of C&F regarding upcoming products - Maintain and update the LC database in the SAP software - Settle all bills of C&F agents, insurance companies and other stakeholders - Prepare vendor's billing aging report and send it to the Commercial Manager on a weekly basis - Coordinate with all F&A division for settling all import payments, duties and other payables - Collect of Marine Cover note and policy, lodging insurance claims and follow up - Perform any other task assigned by the management

• Educational Qualification :

  - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates having BBA/MBA/PGD SCM will be given preference
