The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Social Marketing Company (SMC) was held on December 28, 2023 at the Company Head Office in Dhaka. The AGM received, adopted and ratified the Directors' Report and the Auditor's Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 and ppointed auditors for the Financial Year 2023-24. Mr. Waliul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SMC, presided over the meeting. Board Directors, Company Members, Managing Director and CEO of SMC along with senior officials of the company were present in the meeting.

On the same day, the 9th AGM of SMC Enterprise Limited (SMC EL) was also held at the Company Head Office in Dhaka. The AGM received, adopted and ratified the Directors' Report and the Auditor's Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 and appointed auditors for the Financial Year 2023-24. Mr. Waliul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SMC and SMC EL, presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by the Board Directors, Company Members and Managing Director of SMC EL along with the senior officials of the Company.
