The centre commenced its operations on 1 July 2026 to provide accessible, affordable and quality healthcare services to the people of Khulna and the surrounding communities. Initially, services are being introduced in phases and will continue to expand based on the healthcare needs of the local population. The objective of SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre is to provide quality healthcare services at affordable prices for all segments of the population. The centre combines experienced physicians, modern diagnostic facilities and a quality pharmacy under one roof to ensure convenient and integrated healthcare services. It also supports SMC's mission of improving access to quality healthcare while promoting sustainability through its diagnostic and pharmacy services.

• Health check-up packages and preventive healthcare services including family planning, vaccination, adolescent health counselling and health education.
• Home sample collection services (where available) for elderly and physically challenged patients.
