The ICT Division of SMC recently unveiled the GSM Sales and Program Reporting System for the community mobilization activities. The modern cloud-based system facilitates seamless sales and inventory activities alongside offers the option of recording real time data from grassroot level. The system utilizes country-based field forces, connecting more than 400 users spanning 112 upazilas, six city corporations and SMC Head Office. The centralized database of the system is accessible in real-time from anywhere of the country and ensures data security and consistency in inventory management. 

This revolutionary initiative will transform community mobilization efforts by enhancing efficiency, accuracy and operational convenience for the field forces. Nevertheless, the instant reporting tools provide immediate access to get crucial insights which helps quick decision-making process.
