SMC’s ‘Norix’ was the first two pill dose ECP which was introduced in 2013 and currently holds the second position in market share among ECP category. In recent years, consumer preference is more inclined towards the single dose ECP. To meet their preference, SMC introduced the single dose ECP leveraging on existing Norix’s brand equity with an objective to become the No. 1 ECP brand in Bangladesh.
