SMC EL stepped forward to support the ‘Free Iftar Distribution' program of Bidyanondo Foundation and MASTUL Foundation during the holy month of Ramadan. According to the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), SMC EL provided ‘TasteMe' (instant soft drink powder) to these two foundations for their free iftar project. This project served free iftar to around 150,000 disadvantaged people in the different parts of the city during Ramadan.

The instant soft drink powder ‘TasteMe' is enriched with Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Calcium to boost immunity. Senior officials from SMC EL, Bidyanondo Foundation and MASTUL Foundation were present during the MOU signing.
