SMC actively participated in the Golden Jubilee program of the Obstetrical and Gynecological Society of Bangladesh (OGSB) held on December 6, 2022 at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC), Dhaka. The Obstetricians and Gynecologist (OBGYNs) from across the country attended the program. SMC displayed the Long-acting Reversible Contraceptives (LARC) methods, FullCare tablet (Multiple Micronutrient Supplement) along with three Oral Contraceptive Pills (Smart pill, Norix and Femicon) at its Stall at the BICC premises. Dr. Salah Uddin Ahmed, Addl GM, Training & Service Delivery made a presentation in the scientific seminar highlighting the benefits of LARC and FullCare. The OGSB leaders highly appreciated Dr. Salah Uddin for his presentation and acknowledged the importance of prescribing FullCare as well. Government and OGSB officials visited SMC stall and applauded SMC for its contribution to the national family planning program in Bangladesh.
