A delegation from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) visited Bhaluka Factory and Central Warehouse of SMC on November 8, 2022. The purpose of the visit was to oversee the ORS factory and Central Warehouse of SMC. During the visit, SMC factory management made a presentation depicting the overview of ORS production facilities and Central Warehouse operations. The USAID team expressed their satisfaction seeing the state-of-the-art ORS factory and Central Warehouse. 

On November 9, 2022, the delegates visited a Blue Star Provider Mr. A Z Tofayel Ahmed, Nargis Medical Hall, Trishal Bus Stand, Mymensingh and discussed various issues related to the program activities. The delegation includes Dr. Fida Mehran, Health Specialist, Office of Population, Health, and Nutrition; Ashley Smith, Senior Commodity Advisor, USAID Washington; Kelley Lynch, Communications Specialist, Office of Population, Health, and Nutrition (OPHN), and Ms. Ristia Limpa, Project Management Assistant. Dr. Salah Uddin Ahmed, Addl GM, Training and Service Delivery, SMC accompanied the USAID team during the visit.
